As the CEO and Founder of Power + Motion, my mission goes far beyond fitness — it's about building stronger people from the inside out. I believe that true strength comes from the connection between physical health, mental resilience, and daily discipline. Through movement, commitment, and consistency, we develop the ability to be capable, focused, and confident in every area of life. Power + Motion represents loyalty to yourself, the courage to push past limits, and the dedication to become stronger not only in body, but also in mind and character.

My mission with Power + Motion is to be a positive force for the community by creating a space where people feel empowered, supported, and challenged to become their strongest selves. I stand for resilience, integrity, and the belief that fitness is a powerful tool to transform lives. Through leadership, consistency, and passion, I strive to inspire others to commit to their growth, uplift those around them, and build a community rooted in strength, accountability, and purpose.

Shaped by training across Mexico, the U.S., and India, Pamela brings diverse perspectives to a practice grounded in discipline, study, and consistency. Over a decade in the fitness industry, bringing energy, expertise, and passion to every class. Margie began at the Pomona Valley YMCA teaching kickboxing, bootcamp, strength, and core. Back in group fitness, she leads high-energy strength and mat-based classes designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence — effective and fun.

Do I need to be fit to start?+

Absolutely not. Every class can be modified for any fitness level. Our instructors will show you how to scale movements, and the community is completely supportive.

What's included in unlimited membership?+

Unlimited access to all classes. No limits, no restrictions, cancel anytime. AutoPay Unlimited is $130/month; standard Unlimited is $150/month.

How do I book classes?+

All classes are booked through the GloFox App. Download it, create an account, and book your spots.

Do you have beginner classes?+

Every class is for all levels. We offer modifications and scaling so you can work at your own pace while getting expert coaching from Mel and the team.

What should I bring?+

Bring water and a towel. Steps, dumbbells, and all equipment live at the studio. Wear something you can move in.
